If your Chinese supplier claims they "already have BIS": verify it. Check the R-number on BIS's verification portal. Confirm the registration covers YOUR brand name and the correct IS standard.
For products without BIS: Send samples to a BIS-recognized lab (rush testing available). Apply on the Manakonline portal. Upload certificate to Amazon Seller Central immediately upon receipt.
Don't wait for a violation. Go to Seller Central → Performance → Compliance. Upload your BIS certificates proactively for all applicable ASINs. This prevents automated sweeps from flagging your listings.
